It looks like Richard has solved the problem!! He told me to give it a day to settle and today it seems fine. Thank you for your efforts to solve this problem. It is refreshing to see a business sell a quality product and then stand behind it with quality service. I would like to complement Richard, and his helper, for their professionalism. He seems to be an expert in his technical ability and works like a maniac. He is courteous to the client and goes the extra mile to clean the work area. As you know, during our renovations, I have had a series of contractors and workmen come through here. Your company has, by far, been the most professional in providing quality product and service. They say the fish stinks from the head down. I believe that formula also applies when the fish smells great. Thanks for all your help.
